Eric Lammers has over fifteen years of experience representing clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 50 companies. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation, including contract disputes of all types, real estate and construction litigation, significant insurance coverage claims, environmental issues, licensing and intellectual property disputes, employment litigation, and corporate and partnership disputes. Eric practices before both state and federal courts, as well as arbitration tribunals and administrative agencies.
 
Eric has obtained settlements and verdicts for his clients ranging up to tens of millions of dollars. In 2002, he was co-counsel for the plaintiff in a case resulting in the largest jury verdict in the Montgomery County Circuit Court and one of the larger verdicts of the year in any court, as reported in the National Law Journal.
 
Eric graduated with honors from Northwestern University. He received his law degree from the University of California at Los Angeles, where he was a member of the Federal Communications Law Journal and participated in the Moot Court Honors Program.
