 Helena Dillaman, an associate at Garson Claxton, focuses her practice on all areas of real estate law. Helena has advised purchasers, sellers and borrowers in commercial acquisitions, dispositions and financings, and both landlords and tenants in residential and commercial leasing matters. Helena also has experience assisting clients with construction contracts, environmental law, zoning, and tax issues.
Helena is a graduate of American University’s Washington College of Law where she served as a senior member of the American University Law Review. During law school, Helena also participated in the Washington College of Law’s General Practice Clinic where she represented clients in residential real estate cases in the D.C. Superior Court and the D.C. Small Claims Court. Prior to law school, she graduated with honors from the University of Michigan.
