Elliott Hunter, an associate at Garson Claxton, focuses his practice on commercial litigation, including contract disputes of all types, real estate and construction litigation, business torts, employment litigation, environmental issues, and corporate and partnership disputes.
Elliott is a graduate of Emory University School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Emory Law Journal. During law school, Elliott clerked for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Virginia and the University of Virginia, Office of the General Counsel. Prior to law school, he worked as a litigation legal assistant at an international law firm and graduated with honors from Middlebury College.
Elliott is admitted to practice in Virginia only. He is not admitted to practice in Maryland, and his work is supervised by members of the Maryland Bar.
