Andrew Milne is senior counsel at Garson Law and represents businesses, both large and small, in a variety of industries. His practice focuses on employment law, technology law and business law.
Andrew helps clients avoid employee lawsuits by counseling them on employer obligations under the changing and complex assortment of state and federal employment laws. He regularly prepares employee handbooks, executive employment agreements and non-competition agreements. He has guided technology companies through start-up and growth, as well as the purchase and sale of technology businesses. He is the author of
CRS Update's Guide to Licensing Software and has spoken on licensing and other legal matters before audiences throughout the United States.
Andrew received his law degree from Washington & Lee University School of Law, where he was a member of the Washington & Lee Law Review.
